ORDINANCE NO. 77-5-1421
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXERCISE THE CITY'S OPTION WITH ANGELS OF MERCY, INC . , FOR AMBULANCE
SERVICE FOR THE YEAR 1977-78 FOR A $15,000.00 ANNUAL PAYMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed, pursuant to the terms of the contract between the City of Paducah,
Kentucky and Angels of Mercy, Inc., dated September 20, 1976, to exercise the

City's option for ambulance service for the- year -1977-78for' the annual payment
of $15,000.00.
SECTION 2.. The -umou.nt-to.'be paid for said ambulance ' services shall
be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2177. -
