ORDINANCE NO. 77-5-1418
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE THE THIRD YEAR FUNDING APPROVAL UNDER TITLE I OF THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (HUD FORM 7082)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are here-
by, authorized to execute the Third Year Funding Approval under Title I of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (HUD Form 7082) . That the City
agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the "Agreement, applicable
law, regulations and all requirements of HUD, now or hereafter in effect, per-
taining to assistance provided under Title I of the Housing and Community De-
velopment Act of 1974".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
