ORDINANCE NO. 2015-6-8245
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND AMERICAN
FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, AFL-CIO,
LOCAL 1586
WHEREAS, the City and the American Federation of State, County, and
Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, Local 1586, (AFSCME) entered into a contract
concerning wage rates and other conditions of employment; and
WHEREAS, the duration of said contract is from July 1, 2015 through
June 30,2018; and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
between the City of Paducah and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal
Employees, AFL-CIO, Local 1586, (AFSCME), effective July 1, 2015 through June 30,
2018.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the first reading
of this Ordinance.
