AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING A COMPREHENSIVE BICYCLE PLAN AND SUPPORT PRO-
GRAM FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute a contract with the Kentucky Department of Transportation for the
purpose of developing a comprehensive bicycle facilities plan and support program
for the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
