ORDINANCE NO. 77-4-1409
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12- :0 "ADOPTION OF FIRE CODES" OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, .KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD .OF COMMISSIONERS.. OF THE, CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION L. That Section 12- .,l "Adoption of Fire Codes" of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained . so
that said section shall hereinafter read as follows:
"SEC. 12- 0 ADOPTION OF FIRE CODES.
The 1976-77 edition of the National Fire Codes, Volumes 1 through 10,
recommended by the National Fire Protective Association is hereby
adopted . by reference, and is made a part of the City's public records
by this section".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full and force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
