AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF AN ALLEY LYING
BETWEEN WASHINGTON AND CLARK STREETS AND SOUTH NINTH .AND WALTER
JETTON BOULEVARD
BE IT" ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE . CITY .
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION .1. That the. City of Paducah., does, hereby authorize the closing
of an alley lying between Washington and Clark Streets and South Ninth Street
and Walter Jetton Boulevard., , and_ more particularly described as follows:.
An _alley 1,6. -feet in .width running between and
parallel to, South 9th , Street and Walter Jetton "
Boulevard beginning at the south right-of-way
line of Washington Street and extending in a
southerly direction..a distance of 206 feet.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation _Counsel .of; the .City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he is hereby,, authorized, empowered and. directed -,.to institute
and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 94.360., an action in - the. McCracken Circuit Court
for a judgment ordering the closing of the. alley : described in Section .1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall. be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption
