FOR SALE TO' THE CITY OF .TWENTY -(20) MOBILE RADIOS AND SIX' `(6) BASE STATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A. ;CONTRACT. �BE IT ORDAINED" BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:. i SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Motorola, Inc. for sale to the City of; twenty (20) mobile radios and- six .(6) base stations, for the total sum . ©f $11,:568.:98, said bid being ' in substantial compliance with the resolution authorizing bids;, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on February 22, 1977. SECTION 2. That the, City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Motorola, Inc. for the purchase of twenty (20) mobile radios and six(6) base stations, 'which contract shall be: in compliance' with Section I above, the resolution, authorizing bids, plans and specifications, and the. bid of Motorola, Inc. dated March 21; 1977. SECTION 3 : The cost off these radios and base 'stations shall -be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account Number 3499. SECTION 4.
