CONTRACT ON BEHALF' OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH- WITH PECK .ASSOCIATES, INC'.-,
FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOUTHSIDE FIRE' '
STATION, AT YEISER AND BETHEL STREETS, "IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: '
SECTION 1.: ,That the City Manager be; and he is' hereby°,-authori.zed
and directed to execute- an agreement between the °City of Paducah, -Kentucky; and
Peck Associates, Inc,: for: archite:ctural services in the design- and construction of a;...
Southside Fire Station; to- be located at Yeiser and Bethel Streets, in the City of
Paducah, 'Kentucky, for 'a sum not to exceed, $a 500.00; and said contract' being
verbatim a,nd in all respects :identical: to` the proposal submitted by Peck Associates,
Inc. and being received and] filed with : the Minutes of the Board 'of Coinmis.sioners' -

1977, and which proposal is adopted herein
by reference.-
