ORDINANCE NO. 77-2-1384
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PURCHASE AN A C DOZER, FOR THE SUM OF $1,341.87, FROM THE JACKSON
PURCHASE LOCAL OFFICIALS ORGANIZATION, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to purchase an A C Dozer from the Jackson Purchase Local Officials
Organization, Inc., for the sum of $1,341.87.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said dozer shall be charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3514.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for one week for public inspection in ' the completed form in which it shall be
put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten
days thereafter.
