ORDINANCE NO.. 77-2-1382
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-49. CITY MANAGER - GENERALLY.
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Manager shall receive a salary for his services at
the rate of $27,0'00.00 per year. Such salary shall be paid at the times other city
salaries are paid, and shall be exclusive of the compensation, if any, paid to him
as a member of the Electric Plant Board of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of Ordinance No. 76-4-1255,
adopted by the
Board of Commissioners April
13,
1976.
SECTION
3. An emergency is declared
to
exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one week
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
