I ORDINANCE NO. 76-12-1364
AN ORDINANCE CREATING SUB-SECTION (g) OF SECTION 25-1 "NUMBER,
RANK AND SALARIES OF MEMBERS OF DEPARTMENT" , OF ARTICLE I "POLICE
DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub-section (g) of Section 25-1 "Number, rank
and salaries of members of department" , of Article I "Police Department" of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be created and enacted
so that said Sub-section shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 25-1. Number, rank and salaries of members of department.
(g) A captain who is regularly assigned as a shift commander or
officer in charge of a division by the Chief of the Paducah Police Department,
after approval by the City Manager, shall for such assignment receive additional
compensation in an amount not to exceed $75.00 per month" .
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends an ordinance originally enacted
on August 5, 1951 and which was last amended by Ordinance No. 76-7-1293,
adopted July 13, 1976. _,
SECTION 3. This. ordinance- shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption .
