ORDINANCE NO. 76-12-1363
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 76-12-1353, "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, On December 14, ,1976 the Board of Commissioners enacted
Ordinance No . 76-12-1353 pertaining to Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service Employees
Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky., .and
WHEREAS , an erroneous, base monthly salary was enacted for the Com-
munity Development Housing Finance and Loan Officer,
NOW THEREFORE, in order to correct the aforesaid error,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 76-12-1353 as
pertains to the base monthly salary of the Community Development Housing Finance
and Loan Officer be amended and reordained so that same as amended and reordained
shall read as follows:
Position Base Monthly Salary
Community Development Housing Finance _
and Loan Officer 750.00
SECTION 2. All other terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 76-12-1353
are re-affirmed .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after January 3, 1976.
