AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDiNG SECTION 2-52 "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
ADMINISTRATOR" , OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE "CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE 'CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION, 1. `That Section 2.=52- "Alcoholic beverage administrator" of 'the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that said `section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:.
"Sec . 2-52 . Alcoholic beverage administrator.
(a) -The person appointed as the city alcoholic beverage administrator
for the City of Paducah shall be paid for his services a base salary of $900.00 per
month, said salary to be paid to him at the same` time and in the same manner as the =
salaries of other erripioyees . of the city are paid .
(b) The said- alcoholic beverage administrator shall`be paid. at the rate
of $900.00 per month for the. first six months. of employment; at the expiration of
six months $910.00 per month; at the expiration "of one year $920:00 per month;: --
at the expiration of two years $930.00 per month; at the expiration of three years -
$940.00 per month; and at the expiration of -four years $950.00 per month;' such
increases to be made upon recommendation of the city manager . "
SECTION 2: This ordinance amends an ordinance originally adopted
January 1, 1951, and last amended by Ordinance No. 76-3-1245 .adopted
March 23, 1976.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after
January 3, 1977.
