ORDINANCE NO. 76-11-1350
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AND CONVENANT WITH ALLAN RHODES, INC . , FOR THE
LEASE OF A PART OF CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY OF FIVE (5) FEET DEDICATED FOR
STREET PURPOSES RUNNING ALONG AND WITH THE WEST LINE OF TENTH STREET
BETWEEN JEFFERSON STREET AND MONROE STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a Lease and Covenant with Allan Rhodes, Inc.
for the lease of certain city property which is a part of the five (5) feet dedicated
for street purposes running along and with the west line of Tenth Street between
Jefferson Street and Monroe Street as shown on a plat dated October 1, 1964, of
record in Plat Book "G", Page 173, of the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
for successive one (1) year periods as set out in said Lease and Covenant and for
the consideration set out in Lease and Covenant .
SECTION 2. The aforesaid Lease and Covenant is attached hereto and by
reference incorporated herein, and all the terms and provisions thereof are approved .
SECTION 3. This .ordinance shall be in full force a.nd effect from and after
the date of its adoption:.
