AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
Execute amended second
year funding approval under
Title I of The Housing &
Community Development
Act of 1974.
EXECUTE THE AMENDED SECOND YEAR FUNDING APPROVAL UNDER TITLE I OF
THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (HUD FORM 7082)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the -Mayor and City Clerk be , and they are hereby ,
authorized to execute the Amended Second Year Funding Approval under Title I
of the Housing and Community Development Aet of 1974 (HUD Form 7082) . That
the City agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the "Agreement,
applicable law , regulations: and all requirements of HUD , now or hereafter in
effect, pertaining to assistance provided under Title I of the Housing and Com-
munity Development Act of 1974"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
