A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR .4 LOCAL PUBLIC
WORKS CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Application to the United
States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, in the amount
of $1,107, 000.00 for the purpose of installing sanitary sewer facilities in the Littleville,
North Eighth Street and Metcalf Lane areas of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
