ORDINANCE NO. 76-10-1336
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF COMMUNITY PROGRAM
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR PREPARATION"OF A CONVENTION CENTER STUDY FOR THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SUCH WORK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
°PADUCAH, iKENTUCKY:
SECTION ° 1. That the City of Paducah; Kentucky, accept the proposal
of Community Program Consuitarits, Inc. in the amount of $10,800.00 for preparation
of a Convention Center Study. for the City of Padtzcah~, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into an agreement with Community Program Consultants, Inc. for preparation
of said study according to the proposal attached hereto and by reference incorporated
herein .
SECTION 3. The amount to be paid for said work shall be charged to
Community Development Block Grand Funds .
SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one week
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter .
