AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-SECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-54
"CEMETERY DEPARTMENT" , OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub-section (a) of Section 10-54 "Cemetery Depart-
ment" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and
reordained so that same shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-54. Cemetery department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in
the cemetery department , and the salary of each position , provided the amount of such
salary is not changed under any apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted , shall
be as follows:
Position Base Hourly Rate
Equipment Operator "B" 4.33
Truck drivers (2 positions) 3.88
Laborers (2 positions) 3.62 "
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of Ordinance No. 76-6-1286
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 22 , 1976 .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
