ORDINANCE NO. 76-10-1328
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF NORTH 31ST
STREET FROM CLAY STREET TO TRIMBLE STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the closing
of that portion of North 31st Street, 60 feet in width, running from Clay Street to
Trimble Street.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and directed to institute
and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 94.360, an action in the McCracken Circuit Court
for a judgment ordering the closing of the street described in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
