ORDINANCE NO. 76-9-1324
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-47
"NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" , AND REPEALING SUB-SECTION (g)
OF SAID SECTION OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub-section (a) of Section 2-47 "Noncivil service
employees generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended and reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter
read as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly- or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation
of such employment, to-wit: -

Assistant corporation counsel -prosecutor
Assistant Corporation counsel
City Treasurer
Director of street department
Director of refuse department
Director of parks and recreation
City physician
Chief clerk -Police court
Assistant police court clerk
Chief foreman -Refuse department

SECTION 2. That Sub-section (g) of Section 2-47 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah , Kentucky, be , and the same is hereby , repealed .
SECTION 3. This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 76-4-1253 adopted
April 13, 1976.
SECTION '4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after ~ the date of its adoption
