ORDINANCE NO. 76-9=1317
AN ORDINANCE. AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AGREEMENTS WITH HARPER & ARTERBURN`, INC . AND THE -ELECTRIC PLANT' BOARD
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR PROVISIONS CONCERNING ADDITIONAL COSTS
CLAIMED `BY HARPER & ARTERBURN IN CONNECTION WiTH OPERATION TOWNLIFT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be , and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into agreements by and between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Harper &
Arterburn, Inc. and the Electric Plant Board of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, providing
for provisions for additional costs claimed by Harper &Arterburn, Inc. in connection
with Operation~Townlift, and specifying the payment, allocation and reimbursement
of the aforesaid costs.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid agreements shall be executed by the City
Manager subject to the approval of the Corporation Counsel or Assistant Corporation
Counsel of the terms and-provisions set forth therein .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
