AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 30-7"0 "FEE" OF ARTICL
rrTRAILER PARKS" OF -'THE CODE' OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADU
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED 'BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: ~ - ` - '"
SECTION 1. That Section 30-70 "Fee" of Article III "Trailer :Parks"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky; be amended and
reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read
as follows:
"Sec. 3U-70. Fee.
The annual fee for a trailer _park-permit shall. be six dollars ($6.00)
per unit located in such park . All such fees shall be paid to the city treasurer and
placed in the -general revenue fund of the city, and shall be used and expended in
defraying the current and incidental expenses of the city." ~ - "
"SECTION 1. This ordinance amends an ordinance originally adopted
by the Board"of Commissioners on April 14, 1942: "
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force `and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
