GRACE, 2034 JACKSON STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, 42001, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 323 NORTH NINTH STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: ' SECTION 1. That the offer of Curtis L. Grace in the amount of $10, 000.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described real property, be accepted: Beginning at a point on the west side of Ninth Street 60 feet South of the Southwest intersection of Ninth Street and Madison Street; said point being the Southeast corner of the lot conveyed to Flossie Allen; thence Westerly with the south line of Flossie Allen lot 17,5 feet to a point in the East line of the lot conveyed by Mary F . Calissi , et ,al , to Henry L . Bradley; thence South- wardly with the East line of the Bradley lot :123 feet 3.nches to the South line of Tract No . 1 description in Deed to Title Insurance and Trust Company., dated November 10, 1.934, and recorded. in Deed Book 185 , page 179_, in the .McCracken County Court Clerk''s Office; thence eastwardly with. said South line 173 feet to the West line of Ninth Street; thence Northwardly with the West line of Ninth Street 123 feet 3 inches to the point of beginning . Being the same property in all respects as conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by deed from J . T . Albritton and wife , Louise P. Albritton, dated May 1:7, 1974, recorded in Deed Book 563 , page 4 , McCracken County Court _Clerk's Office . . SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $10, 000.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Curtis L. Grave and/or his assigns, all the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof , said deed of 'conveyance shall contain Special Warranty as to title , and shall be subject to any state of fact that might be shown by an accurate survey . SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption .
