A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN APPLICATION TO THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPING A BIKEWAY PLANNING STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be , and he is hereby , authorized and directed
to execute an application to the Kentucky Department of Transportation for assistance in
developing a bikeway planning study for the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
