AN ORDINANCE'A.iJTFIOR'IZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH CREDIT BUREAU OF PADUCAH, FOR THE COLLECTION OF
DELINQUENT PER,`5ONAL PROPERTY TAXES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Credit Bureau of Paducah for the collection of
delinquent personal property taxes
SECTION 2. The aforesaid contract shall contain such terms as are approved
by the City Manager and/or Corporation Counsel.
