'AN°ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY TREASURER
TO PAY 'THE. SUM OF $2, 500.00 TO TARRANT TRANE .SERVICE FOR THE PURCHASE
AND INSTALLATION OF A REBUILT C`OMPRES50R AT THE CHIC CENTER"BUILDING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD' OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
- ~ SECTION-1. That the City Manager and City'-Treasurer be , and they are
hereby, authorized to pay`the sum` of $2,500.00 to Tarrant Trane Service for the
purchase and installation of a rebuilt compressor at the Civic Center building.
SECTION 2.~ ~P~ayment of the sum authorized in Section 1 shall be made
from Federal Revenue Sharing Account No . 9094 .
_ ~ SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist -and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for at least one week for public inspection
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in .full force and effect immediately thereafter
