" AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING"FOR THE LEASE'OF THE PREMISES KNOWN AS
THE' PADUCAH COMMUNITY CENTER, 510"SOUTH ,8TH`STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
" AND AUTHORIZING-THE MAYOR TO-'EXECUTE SUCH DOCUMENT
"~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
°': - SECTION 1: `That the Mayor -be , -and he is. hereby authorized to execute a
lease on behalf of the CityTof Paducah, Kentucky; leasing the premises mome- particularly
described as 510 South 8th Street, Paducah; Kentucky, to"the Paducah Community Center
Corporation,. a Kentucky non=profit corporation, for a term of seven. (7) years, commencing
on the first day of July, 1976 and ending on the thirtieth' day of June, .1983, at the annual
rental of $1:OU p'er ~annuin, payable on the 2nd day of January of each year during said
term; said lease shall- contain such other appropriate legal provisions as may- be approved
by the' Corporation Counsel of the C7ty of Paducah; Kentucky
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full,force~and effect~from'-and after
its adoption .
