AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE' BID OF CHAS : TODD UNIFORM SERVICE
COMPANY FOR FURNISHING THE CITY OF "PADUCAH WITH UNIF'ORNIS FOR EMPLOYEES
IN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS', AND AUTHORIZING' THE CITY 1VIAN'AGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT- FOR SUCH SERVICE'
" " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD "OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
r, SECTION--1 That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid Chas. Todd
Uniform-Service Company- for furnishing the City with uniforms for employees in the
various-departments,. said bid having unitprces of $-0.42 each for sYiirts, $0.42 each for
pants and $0:84 each for coveralls, with a minimum charge of $126.00 per week, said bid
being in substantial compliance with the bid .specifications and adver"tisement for bids as
was authorized by a resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners on May 11, 1976,
and as contained in the bid of Chas . Todd Uniform Service. Company dated May 24, 1976 .

to execute a contract with Chas. Todd Uniform Service"Company of Mayfield ,''.Kentucky,
for furnishing ,the City`w~th "uniforms as authorized in Section 1 above according to
the specifications, bid proposal and all contract "document's.3~eretofore approve~l~arid
incorporated in the bid .
SE`CTiON ~3: "That this ordinance shaH'be introduced 'and remain on file
for at least one week for public inspection in the =completed form in: which it shall be
