ORDINANCE NO. 76-7-1293
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-SECTION (a) OF SECTION 25-1
"NUMBER , RANK AND SALARIES OF MEMBERS OF DEPARTMENT" , OF ARTICLE I
"POLICE DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION I. ~ That Sub-section (a) of Section 25-1 "Number, rank and
salaries of members of department" , of Article I "Police Department" of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that
same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 25-1. Number, rank and salaries of members of department.
(a) The number and rank of members of the police department of the
City of Paducah and their monthly salaries , provided said salaries are not changed
by any annual apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted shall be as follows:.

SECTION 2 . This ordinance amends _Section 1. of an ordinance originally
enacted on August 5, 1952, and which was last amended by Ordinance No. 76-6-1290
adopted June 22, 1976.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and retroactive to July 5 , 1976 .
