ORDINANCE NO. 76-6-1287
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-6 "BUILDING CODE ADOPTED" ,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7-6 "Building Code adopted" , of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that
said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 7-6. Building code adopted.
The 1976 Edition of the National Building Code recommended by
the American Insurance Association is hereby adopted by reference
and is made a part of the public records of the city and a part of this
Code ."
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of an ordinance adopted by
the Board of Commissioners on March 28, 1967.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption .
