DEPARTMENT" , OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY Q.F.. PADUCAH,, _ KENTUCKY
BE IT, ORDAINED BY THE BOARD. OF ,COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH ,,KENTUCKY: _ .,
SECTION 1. ,That Sub-section (a) of Section 10-54 "Cemetery Department"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of. Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that said sub-section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec . 10-54 . Cemetery department .
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the
cemetery department and the salary of each position, provided the. amount of such
salary is not changed under any apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted , shall
be as follows:
Position .. Base Hourly Rate
Equipment operator "B" 4.33
Truck drivers (3 positions) 3.88
Laborers (3 positions) 3.62 "
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 3 of Ordinance No. 76-4-1256
adopted April 13, 1976.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and retroactive to June 7, 1976.
