FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) TENNIS COURTS AT NOBLE PARK, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAID CONSTRUCTION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION '1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Jimar Paving Company,' Inc. for the construction of six (6) tennis courts at Noble Park for the total suer of $84,159.00:, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids'as was authorized by resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on May 11, 1976, and as contained in the bid of Jimar Paving Company, Inc. dated June 3, 1976. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Jimar Paving Company , Inc . for the construction of said tennis courts , 'which contract shall be in compliance with Section '1 above , the plans and specifications , bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid . SECTION 3. The cost of this project shall be paid from Community Development Block Grant funds . SECTION 4.
