AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING 'THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY .MACHINERY ,
~~ INCORPORATED FOR.' SALE TO THE CITY OF VARIOUS" PARTS TO BE USED IN THE
REPAIR OF THE CITY'S 2`5'0' 3NTE'RNATIONAL TRACTOR
BE fiT ORDAINED BY THE BDARD OF COMMIS'SIONER'S' OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION- '1. `That the City Manager be~, and he is hereby, -authorized
to accept the proposal of Kentucky Machinery, Incorporated, dated May 28', 1976•
- - n'the amount of $4, 745.76 plus 50% of the freight, for sale to the City of various
parts to be used in the repair of the City's 250 International Tractor. "
-SECTION 2. Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. -3509 shall be
charged with this expenditure .
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist. and this ordinance shall
therefore be=introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one week in the
completed form in-whieh-it"-shall be put upon its finalrpassage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect immediately thereafter. ~ -
