AN'`ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY'MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH STONEDOG `PRODUCTIONS , INC . , 'FOR 'THE RENTAL
OF BROOKS`STADIUM ~ '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 'COIWIIVIISSIONERS OF 'THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract with Stonedog Productions, Inc., for the rental of Brooks
Stadium on Sunday, June'20, 1976; from 8: 00 a.m. until 9: 30 p:m.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid contract is attached hereto and by reference
incorporated herein; and all terms and provisions thereof are approved .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from `and"
after the date of "its adoption . `
