A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPOINTING DESIGNATED
SIGNATORIES FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM CHECKING ACCOUNT
NO. 01-7370-3 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND CERTIFICATION OF ALL
INSTRUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL GUIDELINES FOR SECTION 8

EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That any joint combination of the City Manager, Director
of Community Development Housing, and Community Development Housing Financial
Officer shall be considered authorized signatories on the above checking account
established for the distribution of the Section 8 Existing Housing Program Funds ,
and

SECTION 2. That the Director of Community Development Housing
and/or the Community Development Housing Financial Officer be authorized to execute
and certify all necessary instruments in accordance with Federal guidelines for the
Section 8 Existing Housing Program .
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
