At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Commission Chambers
at City Hall at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 20, 2000, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of
the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Coleman, Paxton and Mayor Jones (3). Commissioner Smith arrived after roll call (1).
Commissioner Wrye was absent (1).

(21 Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that the
Called Meeting Notice for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 20, 2000, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Paxton, Smith and Mayor
Jones (4).
ORDINANCE — EMERGENCY
QUITCLAIM DEED & RELEASE TO PADUCAH PRESERVATION, L.L.C.
Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Board of Commissioners introduce and adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED AND
RELEASE FROM THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO PADUCAH PRESERVATION,
L.L.C.". This ordinance is summarized as follows: Authorizing the Mayor to execute a
Quitclaim Deed and Release from the City of Paducah to Paducah Preservation, L.L.C.
for certain property located on Broadway between First (Water) Street and Maiden Alley.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Cossioners Coleman, Paxton, Smith and Mayor
