ORDINANCE NO. 76-4-1254
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO.EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BY.AND BETW. ,EEN THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY , ACTING BY AND THROUGH
THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY ,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY'S PARTICIPATION IN .BOR PROJECT NO. 21-00384, NOBLE
PARK TENNIS COURTS, .CONTINGENT,. HOWEVER, UPON THE AFORESAID PROJECT BEING
APPROVED IN THE CITY'S APPLICATION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD.OF COMMISSIONER'S.. OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an
Agreement by and between the Commonwealth of Kentucky, acting by and through the
Kentucky Department of Parks and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, in regard to BOA
Project No. 21-00384, Noble Park Tennis Courts, provided, however, that said
Agreement shall be contingent upon the approval of the aforesaid project in the City's
application for Community Development funds .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption .
