ORDINANCE NO. 76-3-1246
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY. MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH GRESHAM & KERR , JOHN KEELING ASSOCIATES , FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROVIDING ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTIONS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE
OF THE TOWNLIFT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: _ .
_, SECTION 1. That. the .City Manager .be , and he is .hereby , .authorized
and directed to enter into a :contract. with Gresham & Kerr , John Keeling Associates,
for the purposes of providing architectural services during the construction phase
of the Townlift Project .
.SECTION 2 . That the aforesaid contract between the City of Paducah
and Gresham & Kerr , John Keeling Associates shall not exceed the total sum of
$6, 749..65 , and that the City of Paducah shall be billed on an hourly basis for services
-actually rendered and the Architect. shall be.paid the following hourly rate schedule:
Hourly Rate Schedule
Principal $25.00 per hour
Project.Architect $20.00 per hour
Project..Draftsman. $15.00 per hour
Clerical $10_.00 per hour
SECTION 3. That the aforesaid sums, shall be charged to Community

Development Block Grant Funds.,.. _.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be. introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for at least one week in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon its final passage , and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter .
