WILLIAMS , SUSIE WILLIAMS AND ROBERTA WILLIAMS OF 1243 SOUTH 7TH STREET , PADUCAH , KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY IN THE PROPERTY AT 1245 SOUTH 7TH STREET, FOR THE SUM OF $880.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Thomas E . Williams , Susie Williams and Roberta Williams in the amount of $880.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land therein, be accepted, said land being described as follows: Known as 1245 South 7th Street, fronting 50 feet on the west side of South 7th Street between Husbands Street and Bachman Street , 160 feet deep , and as shown on page 42 of Block Map Book No . 5 in the office of the City Engineer . See Deed Book 147 , page 120 . - - Being the same land (William B . Rude and E . C . Fritts property). conveyed to the City of Paducah by Benjamin C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by deed dated October 1, 1975, and of record in Deed Book -575, page 333 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office . SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $880.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to convey to Thomas E. Williams, Susie Williams and Roberta Williams in survivorship, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey . SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption .
