DRDINANCE NO. 76-2-1232
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY" AND CREATING A NEW SUB-SECTION (i) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF .COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that Sub-section (a) as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec . 2-47 . Noncivil service employees generally .
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation
of such employment, to-wit:

SECTION 2. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and
reordained by creating a new sub-section thereto as follows:
"Sec . 2-47 . Noncivil Service employees generally .

(i) The executive secretary -general government shall be paid at the
rate of $535.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration
of six months $545.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $555.00 per month;
and at the expiration of two years $565.00 per month; and at the expiration of
four years $570.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the
City Manager."
SECTION 3. This ordinance amends an ordinance originally adopted on
March 16 , 1957 , and last amended by Ordinance No . 75-11-1195 adopted on
November 18, 1975.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and retroactive to February 23, 1976.
