HomeMy WebLinkAbout76-1-122019 ORDINANCE NO. 76-1-1220 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH LAMBERT ROOFING COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $1, 500.00 FOR REPAIRS TO THE CITY HALL BUILDING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Lambert Roofing Company in the amount of $1, 500.00 for repairs to the City Hall building; said repairs are to include, but not be limited to, the lantern or pyramid, re-sealing all windows and repair the roof area around the base of the lantern, and to furnish all labor and materials for the aforesaid projects and to further provide a three (3) year guarantee of the aforesaid work. SECTION 2 . Account No . 9094 shall be charged with the aforesaid contract price . SECTION 3.
