A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRE-APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL
ASSISTANCE, DATED JANUARY 6, 1976, TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT , AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the pre-application for Federal assistance , dated
January 6, 1976, to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, requesting
$400, 000.00 in Federal funds for community development purposes is hereby
approved. .
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid pre-application and to file same with the Department of
Housing and Urban Development.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
