ORDINANCE NO. 80-12-2041
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PETER PIRSCH 8 SONS COMPANY
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF A NEW FIRE TRUCK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Peter Pirsch
8 Sons Company, for sale to the City of a new fire truck for the sum of $113,913.00;
said bid being in substantial compliance With the bid specifications and advertise-
ment for bids as was authorized by a Municipal Order passed by the Board of Com-
missioners on October 14, 1980.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Peter Pirsch 8 Sons Company for the fire truck
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The expenditure for said fire truck shall be charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2214.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a. certified summary'thereof.
