ORDINANCE NO. 80-12-2036
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ' EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH GROWTH, INC.; FOR GROWTH, INC. -T.O ACT AS THE SCREENING AGENT FOR
THE CITY OF- PADUCAH FOR APPLICANTS OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE `BONDS
BE'IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with -Growth, Inc., attached hereto and made a part hereof, making Growth, Inc.
the —screening agent for the City` of Paducah for industrial revenue bonds, - permitted
under' KRS Chapter 103.'
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to' pay to
Growth,_ Inc. al[Jees due Growth,. Inc. in the above contract upon receipt of said
fees from the applicants for industrial revenue bonds.
SECTION 3. This- ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon° publication in full. -
