LeRoy, Treasurer, on the 20th day of N6v-'em-'ber, 1975, - 75, and recorded . in Deed eed Book 577, Page 590 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $870.00 (plus $6.00 for recording fee to be paid by the City). to the City Treasurer, the Mayor, and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Mrs. Anne Moore and her husband, Bobby Moore, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof and that said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts as might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
