AN. ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-28 "ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED"
OF THE CODE;" OF` .ORDINANCES` OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,' - KENTUCKY:
SECTION'1-. That Section 7-28, Electr cci] Code Adopted,- of the Code
of Ordinances of. 'the City_of Paducah, Kentucky, -be'amended'.and reordained so
that said section -as amended and reordained shall hereafter read 'as "fol lows:
"Sec. 7-28. Electrical Code Adopted.
The 1981National Electrical Code, as prepared by the National
Fire Protection Association, is hereby adopted by reference and is made.a part
of the public records of the -,City by this section":
SECTION 2. -,-This ordinance amends section 1 of an ordinance adopted
December 28, 1965, and-, which :was last amended by Section 1 'of Ordinance
No. 78-1-1526, adopted on January 24, 1978.
SECTION 3.. This'ordinanee shall be read on two separate -days and be
published by a: certified summary thereof, and become effective on January 1, 1981.
