HomeMy WebLinkAbout03/29/00MARCH 29, 2000 At a Joint Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah and the McCracken County Fiscal Court, held in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2000, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of the roll by the ✓ City Clerk the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Paxton, 2Nl Smith and Mayor Jones (4). Commissioner Wrye was absent (1). The agenda consisted of the following items: 1. Recommendation from E911 Board to Adjust Phone Charge, presented by Tim Kaltenbach and Becky Jungmann A discussion was held concerning increasing the monthly 911 phone charge fee from $1.00 to $1.50 per month. MOTION TO INCREASE MONTHLY 911 FEE Mayor Jones offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board of/ Commissioners approve increasing the fee for the funding of E-911 from $1.00 to $1.50 per month for each telephone line, to be collected by telephone companies providing service to subscribers in the City of Paducah. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Paxton, Smith and Mayor Jones (4). Upon motion the meeting adjourned. 0 ADOPTED: April 11, 2000 City dlerk Mayor 193
