AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING_THE BID OF TODD UNIFORM SERVICE
FOR FURRISKIN.G THE CITY OF -PADUCAH WITH UNIFORMS FOR EMPLOYEES IN
VARIOUS DE-PARTMENTS, -AND AUTHORIZING TH-E .MAYOR TO EXECUTE A ,CON-
TRACT. FOR SUCH SERVICE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: - -
SECTION -,1.. .That the City of Paducah: accept the bid of Todd Uniform
for furnishing the City with uniforms for employees in the various department,
said, bid - having unit prices of . $0.46 each. for shirts, $0.46 each. for pants and
$0.92 each for coveralls, with a minimum charge of $160.00 per week, and for
a term of two, years;,- said bid being -in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Municipal Order
passed by the. Board of Commissioners on.October,14,. 19.80 and as contained in
the bid of Todd Uniform dated .-October 24, .1980.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a -contract .with Todd Uniform of Mayfield,.._ Kentucky, for fu.rni.shi,ng ,
the City., with uniforms as authori.zed..in Section 1 -above,, according to - the. -.
specifications, bid proposal a.nd all contract document heretofore approved and
incorporated i.n the bid.. .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on- two separate days, and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
