ORDINANCE NO. 80-11-2017
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 80-5-1908,
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF POWER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
FOR THE SUM OF $41,455.80, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE LITTLEVILLE DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION".
WHEREAS, the above quoted title of Ordinance No. 80=5-1908 was adopted
by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah on May 13, 1980, and
WHEREAS, the total completion price which consist of five change orders
is $42,444.89,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Power Con-
struction Company, for the sum of $42, 444.89-($ 1-,-4 5: 80�-,- for construction of the
Littleville Drainage Improvement Project; said bid being in substantial compliance
with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution
passed by the Board of Commissioners on March 25, 1980.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication -in full .
