ORDINANCE NO. 80-11-2016
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 80-5-1910
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JIMAR PAVING COMPANY FOR
RESURFACING VARIOUS STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH SERVICES"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY- OF PADUCAH; KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1`. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 80-5-1910, be, and it is
hereby; amended and reordained so that said section as' amended and reordained
shall hereafter` read as follows:
"section 3. The purchase price' for said services shall be charged
_....
to either General Fund or Federal Revenue Sharing 'Fund Account No.
3454, General Fund Parks Expansion and Development Account. No. 5125,
and General Fund Continguency Account No. 9094."
SECTION 2. This -'ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication in full.
